Last week, I caught up with the delightful Tori while she was in Inverell, and we hung out for a bit and shot her year12 mini-session. This girl is gorgeous. I had such a hard time trying to decide what to blog, so I decided to blog them all!

Thank you, beautiful girl, for hanging with me, and laughing with me. I had so much fun seeing you again, even if it does make me feel old to know you are in year12! xx

{class of 2011} :: {grace}

I got to hang with Grace on Saturday. We laughed, we chatted. We talked about school and work and the future. In between, we shot some photos.

Grace’s session was part of my mini-sessions project. For Year 12 students, a mini-session package is a great way to mark the milestone that is finishing school, and is often the last lot of professional portraits you may get taken before getting married. What a great way to start off your post-school life! I will be regularly running sessions throughout 2011 in Inverell, and am also happy to travel to Glen Innes, Moree, Tenterfield and throughout the Northern NSW/New England area. The next round of mini-sessions will be held on Wednesday, April 13 (the first Wednesday of the school holidays). On an overcast Saturday morning in early October, I gathered my things, and headed out to meet Heidi for her Class of 2010 Mini-session – my last one before meeting our third baby (more to come on that later!).

We had a lovely time hanging out – Heidi was a natural in front of the camera, and we got some lovely images. I had a hard time picking my favourite to blog, luckily I’ve already done a Facebook post, so could share a different one here!

To see the final result, keep an eye on the blog – I have a post in the works to show some of the funky cards from this year’s mini-sessions.

Seniors 2010

On Saturday, we finally had a break in the rain, and just in time – I was due to meet up with a couple of super-cute year twelve students to shoot their seniors mini-sessions. Caitlin and Casey were so much fun to shoot, I think I laughed the entire time!

Horsing around…

I’m tad behind on blogging, but just wanted to quickly share this sweet image from Ssturday’s session. After a late night on Friday night photographing the Inverell High Year 12 formal at the RSM Club, I repacked my camera bag, loaded up the car, and with the stereo blasting, I headed out to Mt Russell on Saturday afternoon for a family portrait shoot, and after we’d done the various groups, Miss K was desperate for a photo with her beloved horse.

Jasmine :: Year 12 Mini-Session

I recently met up with Jasmine for a quick portrait mini-session as part of my year 12 student promotion, and knocked out some pretty cool urban-style portraits.
